This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Flatline: Panik Attack (the “App”), published by PCD, LLC, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The short version
Flatline: Panik Attack shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics or tracking, and never sells data. The only online feature is optional competitive leaderboards.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards are optional. On Android they use Google Play Games; on iOS they use Apple Game Center. If you choose to sign in, your best scores are submitted to global leaderboards together with your player profile (nickname/gamer tag and avatar) from that service. This data is handled by Google (Google Privacy Policy) or Apple (Apple Privacy Policy) respectively. You can decline and play fully offline, and you can manage or delete your profile data at any time in your Google or Apple account settings.
Data stored on your device
The App saves your high scores and gameplay statistics (such as number of games played and average reaction time) locally on your device. This local data is not linked to your identity and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Children
The App is suitable for all ages. The App itself collects no personal data; leaderboard participation requires a Google Play Games or Apple Game Center sign-in, which is managed by Google or Apple and subject to their age requirements.
Changes to this policy
If a future update changes these practices, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be noted here.
