Program description. Pure Code Digital sends text messages only to people who have asked us to. There are two kinds: replies to a question you have sent us about your website, hosting or project, and account notifications such as invoice and payment confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to join. Tick the optional consent box at the bottom of our contact form, or on the Account page of your client portal. The box is unticked by default and is never required — you can contact us, open an account and use every part of our service without it.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Pure Code Digital does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also untick the box on your portal Account page at any time.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (877) 542-7974, or contact us through our contact form.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers.
