Small business IT support
Small Business IT Support for $99 a Month
Get small business IT support that works like your own IT department: help when something breaks, someone watching your accounts and security, and the team that builds your website.

The basics
What is small business IT support?
Small business IT support means having a team to call when technology gets in the way, plus someone who keeps your accounts, domain and security in order between calls.
Most small businesses don’t have an IT person, so the owner ends up resetting passwords, calling the internet company and guessing which laptop to buy. With our Dedicated IT plans, one team learns your setup, answers when you call and handles the tech, so you can get back to running your business.
Support is remote, so we provide IT support for small businesses anywhere in the US.

Compare
Small business IT support vs. managed IT services and break-fix
Most small businesses get IT help one of three ways. Here is how a Dedicated IT plan stacks up.
| What you get | Dedicated IT plan | Managed IT provider | Break-fix IT help |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you pay | One flat monthly price | Usually per user, per month | By the hour, per call |
| Who knows your setup | One team that maps it at onboarding | A help desk team | Whoever is free that day |
| Website help | Included on IT + Build | Usually a separate vendor | A separate vendor |
| Best for | Offices of about 1 to 10 people | Larger teams, servers or compliance needs | Rare, one-off problems |
Need 24/7 monitoring or compliance support? A full managed IT provider is the better fit, and we will tell you so.
Who it’s for
IT support for small businesses without an IT person
Our plans fit offices of about 1 to 10 people where the owner, or whoever is good with computers, handles the tech today.
- Law firms. Protect client data, catch wire-fraud emails and keep practice software access tidy. See IT support for law firms.
- Restaurants. Wi-Fi, POS vendor calls and staff logins handled, with one number to call. See restaurant IT support.
- Real estate offices. Agent accounts, shared files and wire-fraud defenses for brokerages and teams. See real estate IT support.
- Contractors and trades. Crew phones, laptops and field app logins that just work. See construction IT support.
- Churches and nonprofits. Staff and volunteer accounts, giving tools and livestream help. See church IT support.
- Professional offices. Accountants, insurance agents and consultants that live in email and shared files.
- Shops and salons. Wi-Fi, booking tools and vendor calls handled, with one number to call.
- Startups and new businesses. Email, domains and security set up the right way from day one.

FAQ
Small business IT support FAQ
Quick answers to the questions business owners ask most.
What does a dedicated IT company do for a business my size?
We’re who you call when tech gets in the way: a locked account, an email problem, a message that looks like a scam, a new hire who needs logins. Between calls, we keep your accounts, domain and security in order.
What is included in small business IT support?
A help desk you can call, text or email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin, domain and DNS management, security basics like two-factor sign-in, help with your tech vendors, buying advice and quarterly check-ins.
Do you offer managed IT services for small businesses?
Yes. Our Dedicated IT plans are managed IT services sized for small offices: one flat monthly plan for your team, a help desk, and someone keeping your accounts and security in order.
How many people do your IT plans cover?
Both plans include up to 5 users. If your team is bigger, tell us when you register and we’ll talk through options.
Is remote IT support enough for a small business?
For most small offices, yes. Email, accounts, passwords, security settings and software problems can all be handled remotely, which is how we support businesses anywhere in the US.
Do you come on-site?
If a problem needs hands on site, we’ll lay out the options and quote it first. Everyday support is remote.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Do I own my website?
Yes. After your first 12 months, the site is yours, and your domain is always registered in your name.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
Bigger jobs, like new computer setups, office moves or an online store, are quoted up front, so there are no surprise bills.
Can I start with IT and add a website later?
Yes. You can move up to the Dedicated IT + Build plan at any time.
Can you help if we need HIPAA or PCI compliance?
Our plans cover everyday IT, not compliance audits. If your business handles regulated data, tell us when you register and we’ll point you in the right direction.
