Honestly, it’s simple. We’ve watched too many great small businesses and non-profits lose ground to bigger competitors for one reason: their website didn’t represent them. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, a strong online presence is one of the highest-leverage moves a small business can make.
Project Visibility is our way of giving back, growing our portfolio, and partnering with organizations doing meaningful work in their communities. In exchange for the design and development we cover, we ask for two simple things: a short testimonial once your site is live and you’re happy with it, and permission to feature the project in our portfolio. That’s it.
How the application process works
The form takes about five minutes. We review every application manually — no automated rejections — and we usually respond within two to three business days. If you’re a fit, we schedule a quick discovery call to align on your goals and what success looks like for your site.
From there, design and development typically wrap up within a few weeks, depending on how quickly we get content and branding from you. Spots are limited each month, and not everyone is accepted. If your website situation has been holding you back, the earlier you apply, the better your chances of being reviewed in the current round.
