Church IT support
Church IT Support for Ministries and Nonprofits
Church IT support for ministries and nonprofits without an IT person: staff and volunteer accounts kept under control, email and security handled, and help with the giving and livestream tools you rely on.

The problem
Why churches need IT support
Church tech usually falls to a staff member or a willing volunteer. Over time, passwords get shared, accounts pile up under former volunteers’ names, and nobody remembers who controls the domain.
And when the livestream or the giving page has a problem, there is usually no one to call. Church IT support gives you that someone.
How we help
What our church IT support covers
Our church IT support covers everyday help for staff and volunteers, plus the tools that keep your ministry connected.
Accounts set up for staff and volunteers, shared passwords replaced with a password manager, and access removed when people step away.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 set up and kept tidy, including shared inboxes for the office and ministries.
We configure your giving software and keep it connected to your website.
Help configuring your streaming service and fixing problems when they come up.
Two-factor sign-in on key accounts, scam-email checks and protection for donor and member information.
Domain renewals tracked and registered to the church, not one person, with email set up so it lands in inboxes.
Help applying for the nonprofit programs Google and Microsoft offer, and using what you qualify for.
Renewals coming up, risks we spotted and what to fix next.
Nonprofits
IT support for nonprofits, too
Everything on this page applies to nonprofits of all kinds, from food pantries to community groups and charities that run on a small staff and a lot of volunteers. Larger projects, like new streaming equipment or a custom livestream platform, are quoted separately. For security basics that apply to churches and nonprofits, see the FTC cybersecurity guide for small businesses.

FAQ
Church IT Support FAQ
Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
Can volunteers get help too?
Yes. Anyone covered by your plan can call, text or email us. Plans include up to 5 users, so most churches cover staff and key volunteers.
Is support available on Sundays?
Our plans cover business hours, so we focus on setting up your livestream and giving tools to run reliably on Sunday, and we fix the cause of any problem first thing during the week.
Can you set up our online giving?
Yes. We can configure the giving software you use and connect it to your website. If you need something custom, we can build it as a separate project.
Do you work with nonprofits that are not churches?
Yes. Food pantries, community groups and charities get the same plans and the same help.
Who owns our domain and accounts?
Your church does. We make sure your domain and key accounts are registered to the church, not to one person, and document them in your IT map.
