Flatline: Panik Attack — Terms of Use
Last updated: September 16, 2026
The short version. Flatline: Panik Attack is free to play. You may use it on your own devices as much as you like. Please do not pull it apart, resell it, or cheat the leaderboards. The game is provided as it is, and we are not liable if it does not work the way you hoped.
These terms are an agreement between you and PCD, LLC (“Pure Code Games”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the mobile game Flatline: Panik Attack (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence is granted under the usage rules of the store you downloaded the App from, and those rules apply alongside these terms.
2. What you agree not to do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Modify the App or use tools that alter gameplay in order to submit scores you did not earn.
- Use the App in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other people's use of it.
3. Leaderboards and fair play
Leaderboards are optional and are operated through Google Play Games on Android and Apple Game Center on iPhone. Your use of those services is governed by Google's and Apple's own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
We may remove entries, reset boards, or exclude an account from leaderboards where we reasonably believe scores were obtained by manipulation. Leaderboards are a courtesy feature and may be changed or withdrawn.
4. Ownership
The App, including its code, artwork, audio, name and branding, belongs to PCD, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Your device data — your scores and statistics — is yours, and it stays on your device.
5. Updates and availability
We may release updates, change how features work, or stop distributing the App entirely. We are not obliged to maintain any particular feature, including leaderboards, or to keep the App available in any particular country or store.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCD, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the greatest extent the law allows.
8. Ending this agreement
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 10 survive termination.
9. Apple App Store
Where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following applies. This agreement is between you and PCD, LLC only, not with Apple, and PCD, LLC alone is responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. PCD, LLC is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, on your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date above before the change takes effect for a new version of the App.
