Flatline: Panik Attack

Coming to iPhone and Android

A reaction game about keeping your nerve. Easy to pick up. Much harder to stay calm.

What it is

A test of reaction time, dressed up as a heart monitor you are trying not to flatten. The game tracks your best score, how many rounds you have played, and your average reaction time, so you can watch yourself get faster.

There is a global leaderboard if you want one, and no obligation to touch it if you do not.

No ads

Not a single one. No interstitials between rounds, no rewarded video, nothing waiting for you when you lose.

No tracking

No third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and nothing sold to anyone. Your scores live on your device.

No account needed

Play offline forever if you like. Sign in only if you want your times on the global board.

Leaderboards, if you want them

On Android the board runs on Google Play Games. On iPhone it runs on Apple Game Center. Signing in submits your best times under whatever nickname and avatar that service already knows you by — we never see anything else, and you can decline and keep playing with no loss of features.

Where to get it

Flatline is finished and heading for both stores. The download links land here the day it goes live — this page is the one to bookmark.

Need a hand with Flatline?

Email contact@purecodedigital.com and a person who worked on the game will answer. Tell us your device and what version of the app you are on and it will be a much shorter conversation.

My scores disappeared

Scores are stored on your device, not on our servers, so uninstalling the app or resetting the phone clears them. If you signed in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, your leaderboard entries are held by that service and survive a reinstall.

How do I get off the leaderboard?

Leaderboard data is managed by Google or Apple, not by us. You can remove or hide your profile in your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account settings at any time. You can also simply not sign in — the whole game works offline.

Is it safe for kids?

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data itself. Leaderboards require a Google or Apple sign-in, which is governed by their age requirements rather than ours.

Do you have plans for more?

Yes. Flatline is one of several things in the workshop — the one we are deepest into is Core Crash, a top-down arena shooter. The studio page has real footage.
